Female Chaffinch

A bright, sunny start to the day but with some frost it was just a wee bit chilly. By mid morning it had clouded over and the temperature certainly hadn't risen significantly.

Not too many birds spotted this morning but as the trees come into bud it is harder to spot the birds as they hide among the branches. Today I only spotted a Coal Tit, a couple of Blue Tits and this little Chaffinch. It was a bit too chilly to stand around for any length of time.
