Scotland Street Station

Happened to be in Canonmills and hunted down the Rodney Street tunnel, and the site of Scotland Street Station. Fascinating to think that a railway line (now boarded up) ran under the New Town to Waverley Station in the 1850s. It was then a Victorian amusement park, a football pitch and finally converted into a children’s playground. (90).
