Flower Interlude

Taking a break from the `abstract' Dam photos yesterday.  I thought I'd join the snowdrop club and take a few photos before it was too late.  My original aim was to do a `shoot through' to get some softness in the foreground but I couldn't do that with the current layout of the bulbs.  

Another day when I wasn't quite at my best, but I did feel better as the afternoon progressed and went to the camera club for the judging of the landscape prints by Erica (who was as good as ever).  I hadn't entered.  

It was lovely to see people and to catch up, but not lovely that one of our members thought it OK to cough and splutter continuously during the presentation.  I'm not sure why no one interrupted and told him so - sometimes we Brits are too hidebound by politeness.  I'm just hoping that we don't all suffer the consequences.  We had at least one very vulnerable member in the room,
