Back again. Still beautiful.

We fished this spot last year and all agreed it was our best day fishing ever. It made sense to come back and give it another go first-off.
An extra foot of water making fishing very difficult indeed detracted nothing from the sheer majesty of the day.
I caught no fish but I care not one jot. When in a place like this with beauty all around it matters not so much.

I did, however, watch an ant carry a bit of bark three times his size over a tree trunk for about six feet. It took him ten minutes. That made me weep gently for a second or two.
The older I get the more often I'm stopped dead over the sheer beauty and fragility of this wonderful Earth.
