Fluffy willows … it’s spring(ish).
Zoom call with Jane in Australia, we were meant to be doing an hours therapy practice / home work. 2 hours later we gave up . There were too many other things to talk about . The spec said have fun :0)
So we did.
A sunny start to the ride with Maya , then unexpected sleety , wet, cold and windy . Quite horrible for 10 mins and that was us feeling deeply damp and chilled for the rest of the ride :0(
Evening online workshop about making and posting videos for business . It’s the way my tribe will find me , apparently ( I feel slightly ancient and cynical )! To be fair it was helpful and I liked seeing all my therapy buddies .
