I went out on a  5 km run this morning. You know you are going slowly when you are overtaken by the line-marking robot. 

Apparently this battery-powered, GPS-controlled machine can mark out fifty different types of pitches to millimetre accuracy. It holds enough paint to complete two full-size rugby pitches without the need for a refill.

In other matters, I went over to Heckmondwike this afternoon to visit the podiatrist and this evening battled the rush hour traffic for a consultation with another cardiologist at the Spire Hospital Roundhay.
