Exeter Quay

We stopped at Exeter Quay on our way down to Exmouth for a stroll along the canal and river and a look around the Quay itself, which we’d not visited before.

It was very popular with dogs, walkers, cyclists and people browsing in the little craft shops or eating in the pubs and cafes in the old harbour buildings.

We got to Exmouth in time for a walk along the prom, where we immediately bumped into our nephew’s wife and the great nieces who’d been at our do on Wednesday, and a pint sitting outside the pub in the sunshine.

Had a great meal in a Nepalese restaurant this evening.
