Katsu Curry

Ali, Sophia and Ben have already spent an hour in the kitchen prepping and cooking. Head Chef Ben has been instructing the sous chefs and there is a lot of laughing going on.  It's beginning to smell rather delicious too.

So, I'm rather regretting the baked potato I had earlier....
