Chilly today!

Up early to take Caesar to the vets (his first dose of Librela, which we hope will really help me out). Then a little walk by the river at Ovingham. Bit chilly today! 

Next, it was aquafit for me. Andrew waited in the cafe with his iPad. 

The afternoon was spent tidying out my work space, which had got very messy indeed! Not an enjoyable task but long overdue and not how I want to spend a day off but if I don't do it now when will it ever get done!?

Thankfully my "books that matter" box cheered me up & I'm now relaxing (evening) with the new book. :-)  The concept is a book by female writers each month with other surprises and goodies. My daughters & I take it in turns to receive the box and share the books. This month's also contained some cards & prints, a bath bar and more DARK chocolate (great timing again as it's all we are allowed on this diet!! :-)  )
