Reflections

A restful day…the furthest I’ve strayed from home is a trip to the post box followed by a walk to the road end and back. I phoned the Dr earlier but will have to ring back in the morning to try to get an appointment. I do feel much better this afternoon and my blood pressure is finally falling again, though it’s still higher than usual. Off to WI tonight…I doubt anything too exciting will happen to raise the BP again!

It’s been a mostly grey day with a wet start so I did find a puddle on my wee walk!
