Another Year Older

I took a photo on 9/05/2012 of this old tree. I am unsure what attracts me to it, I just enjoy looking at it. Today on the ground to the right of the tree is a nest, a rather large nest that appears to have fallen from above. The nest is made mostly of small twigs woven together.
