Little Red Ball

I'd misplaced my photographic mojo today with this being the only thing I saw that caught me eye - basically a red ball up a tree! It was just a lovely pop of colour on a very grey day.
My brother wanted a quiet day today and after slightly over indulging last night I was happy to agree. We still did an early run and later sauntered down to the our local, The Chequers, for a pint and then sauntered back home again for a relaxing day catching up on some telly.
I couldn't think what this little red ball reminded me of - and then I remembered it looks like the bouncing ball effect you get on a karaoke screen when you're singing wildly out of tune at the top of your lungs to one of your favourite songs! 
Later in the day my sister arrived back from a visit to relatives in Scotland (we weren't invited). Before she left she'd been complaining the house was too cold but now I've got the heating fixed (see yesterday's blip) she's complaining it's too warm. Unbelievable!
