Prodigal

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

So I had a bad day today.

My sister texted me to tell me that dad is way worse than she'd been telling me. Previously she told me his symptoms were a bad back. And she also said the chemo was making him ill for a few days after the treatment.

But other than that he was fine, she said. Going to church and eating well and in good spirits. 

Dad himself has also been upbeat, every time I've spoken to him.

But no. Apparently he's really been suffering. 

So I had a bad day.
