...that was when we last had water pouring down the stairwell from the roof. Heavy rain and the wind in the wrong direction. It was bound to happen again. We have been chasing the soi disant Property Managers to get the roof inspected and fixed for 2 months.

This time, the water also ran into 4 flats at that end of the building, running out of the ceiling light fittings, taking paper off the walls etc.
