Gone for glass

I took this about 13:00 when the guys went for glass. They couldn't finish today as they guttering had been sent with only the main gutter in anthracite and all the rest was black. Very impressed with this local firm. They never took a penny in deposit, and won't send a bill until everything is finished. The two fitters were brilliant and worked out a better installation for the veranda so we can still get the doors changed for complete level access for Mr T's wheelchair (which is due next month). It was too dark to take a photo of it finished.

Patient and Carer Experience Committee this morning, and a research project steering group meeting this afternoon. 

I'm hoping that the loose coins Dave the Book brought, and the box of trinkets and receipt I assembled will put the saga to bed. So far so good! They started Lessons in Chemistry and Dave reported that he would never have chosen it but was really enjoying it and the best book he'd read for a long time.
