Carnival Tuesday. The last day. :-)

Today is the last day of carnival. Tradition is that the carnival parade in Landgraaf takes place on Carnival Tuesday.
There have been 100 participants. So we watched the beautiful colorful parade for 2 1/2 hours along the side.
So my collage is less than 1/8 part of the parade.

It is a big outdoor party with different artists performing there. Carnival is not only a drinking fest "which many only claim" it is also a source of joyful celebration.
Starting tomorrow that's over then we will enter the 40 day time. Until we celebrate the resurrection of the Lord at Easter.
