Oh crêpe!

My Experiments loved 'flat pancakes' when they were younger - they liked theirs with chicken in a white sauce and rice with peas and sweetcorn. Happy daze days :-))

Tonight's had smoked haddock, prawns, chives, Dijon mustard and nutmeg in a bechamel sauce with Parmesan - yumma!
