Sugar and Lemon

My tooth has kicked off big time again. It was causing problems last February. It’s been niggling since Christmas but I’ve been putting off seeing the dentist. I’ve got an appointment a week on Friday.

I did a weekly shop and went for a walk along the ridge.

I made pancakes this evening, stacked and rolled all 4 together and polished off the lot!
