As I write, it’s 19.45 hrs Barcelona time and 02.45 hrs tomorrow Singapore time which is where our bodies are!

A smooth flight home via Dubai, albeit we gave up on wondering where our body clocks were actually ticking.

I had to work quite hard and long prepping tomorrow’s work sessions. Goodness knows how I will sleep tonight or how I will feel with my first client face to face at 9 am.
