We laughed a lot today

Smiling in the face of adversity sums up R's reaction to the travel masterplan he made today for friend H and the two of us.

Rog and H constantly had to retrench and alter the plan as the original was deliberately sabotaged by H - or so he thought.

One highlight of the day was the sight of us three 60 year olds sprinting for a bus - and overtaking a younger runner
