Another lovely day. I had 9 hours sleep. Hoorah! Boy, did I need it?!

After a leisurely breakfast we lounged by the pool before having three treatments. I'm primped, preened and pummelled and totally relaxed.

Dinner at a marvellous Thai restaurant where I discovered the heavenly treat of pineapple soaked in Malibu (who knew?).

He's a lovely Welsh dragon I found hiding in the shade.
