Not a Trekkie in sight, bit disappointing. 

A lovely day, meeting a mix of social prescribers, other providers and service users at the Cumbria Green Prescribing Hub event. 
6 times around the park, Missy is a great attention grabber - not really very far (16k steps) but a lot of social engagement for Missy & Me so both a bit zonked now.
