We did our Wetlands Bird Survey this morning. It was a bit gusty and overcast, but quite mild and pretty much dry. Top sighting was a pair of Goosanders - a bit far away for a decent photo. The Mandarins (30+ counted today) were looking in fine fettle ready for the mating season.
