Succulents

It has been a rather wet and windy day; we country danced in the morning which always cheers us.  

We took along a lot of 'Scots Magazines' which had accumulated in our house.  Bob has been given a subscription to them for several years. They are very beautiful magazines with good articles and wonderful photography, and I wanted someone else to get some pleasure from them.  We took a lot and they were snapped up by the dancers.  

Margaret also told us that the £639 which had been made at the coffee morning on Saturday had increased after church on Sunday to £800.20.  It is the most she has ever taken in one go to the orphanage and will be so well received.

Bob is the gardener at our house.  Years ago I was helping and accidentally dug up some bulbs, so he prefers that I leave it to him.  However, I have lots of house plants and am responsible for them.  These succulents dwell on our computer room window sill, and I love the calming effect of their green leaves, and the diversity of their shapes.
