Sore arm

I'm sorry, I'm mostly in sending mode only. Not interacting much. I have a very sore arm, from thumb to neck. I do a lot of arm and neck excercises. And going for strolls in slow motion.

This is actually my Monday blip. And my Monday entry is actually my Sunday blip. But it's too much hassle to change it.
