Wild Strawberries

And the rains came today. Although I had hoped that the weather forecast turned out wrong for today as it had for yesterday it turned out to be spot on. I nipped out into the garden this morning before the heavier rain started. The wild strawberries which year on year seem to spread themselves further in the garden actually looked good in the rain. In a few weeks they will have beautiful red berries which the birds will love. I'll quite like them too!
