Spring lambs

We took a drive out to Jeremy Clarkson's 'Diddly Squat' farm shop.  OMG!  Hundreds of people, crawling queues to be served and cars lining the country lanes in every direction - exactly the scenario he had wanted to avoid, but the council in their wisdom declined his application to create car parking space on his own farm land.  Not a pleasant experience at all.  We continued on our way and Fi took us on a country-lane-tour over half of Oxfordshire!  Beautiful scenery though very different to what I'm used to.  These lambs and a bunch of their aunties and cousins came trotting up to the fence when I got out of the car - think they were expecting to be fed.  Made for an amusing though quaint scene.  Lambs in the paddocks has to mean springtime.  I return to NZ on Sunday so I guess if it's spring here it's going to be getting more autumnal there :(
