Close Encounter Of The Deer Kind

Had a drive out to Ilkley this morning and went to Middleton Woods. There are small signs that spring is approaching now; the bluebell and celandine shoots are starting to appear which meant I had to take great care where I put my big clodhoppers!
Saw my first deer in the woods today but had no chance of taking a photo as it quickly disappeared.
Got home in time to watch the second half of the Man Utd v Leicester match.
