I ventured out for
groceries and a look at
my local mountains

I was up before 8 having my green smoothie. By 8:30 I was on my way to the grocery store, hopefully, before the crowds. Then I treated myself to a take-out coffee and a little tour of the 'neighbourhood'.

I drove along the east side of the Foothills near the golf course. I can get some good views of the Gila Mountains. I stopped along the road beside the golf course to sip my coffee and enjoy the landscape. Several cyclists zoomed past me. This is a great area to cycle as it's flat for the most part. 

I was home by 10 and here I'll stay.
