Let sleeping dogs lie

We’ve come ‘down south’ for the w eeekend as our god daughter, Stephanie, is 30 this weekend. We are staying at her mum and step dad’s so Reggie is with Ruby and Archie their Vizslas while we all go out for a meal.

Luckily after initial excitement on seeing each other again and a lovely walk along the Thames towpath they are settled down for the evening.

We went to a lovely Turkish reataurant in what was the Blue Anchor pub many years ago - a regular haunt for Mr H and I back in the day as it was the nearest pub to where Staines band used to rehearse.

A lovely evening and great to see everyone .
