Duck viewing

As I continue to contemplate if I need to buy a camera I walked to the water nearby to see if I could get close enough to a duck with my iPhone rather than need a camera with a zoom. The first lot of ducks I came across, closeness was not an issue. Sadly to them humans meant food. 

I was pleased to find other ducks further along my walk who clearly hadn’t fallen for the human bread and were unhappy that I went near. I was pleased and retreated.

The extras are more duck shots and different coloured bills. Apparently a female duck likes a male with a bright yellow bill.

The photo in the water would have been clearer with a camera. The extras seem fine with the iPhone.
