Garden Party

A lovely afternoon at a garden party in aid of the church roof fund.
i'd never played or 'had a go' at croquet before but there were demonstration sessions on offer.
What a great game I'm hooked and looking forward to signing up to the Bakewell croquet club.
I'm also pleased that the Baking festival has croquet sessions on the saturday as what could be nicer than a lovely summers day having a picnic by the river and playing a few rounds or whatever they call them of croquet.
