Something New
If it’s stopped raining at all today I haven’t noticed.
Hunkered down at the kitchen table with the weekend Guardian and came across an interesting looking recipe for Apple and Caraway cake. A new taste combo for me so here it is, or at least most of it. And keeping with new food combinations I knocked up a haggis, turnip and sauerkraut combo for our dinner; it’d worked well with mince so we figured why not? Well, it turned out pretty good just not at all photogenic!
