Opening Day

The ski season opened today, 2 weeks ahead of schedule due to very good early snowfalls. This is the back of Mt Hutt, as viewed from the city. Glorious day - would have loved to have been there.

Nevertheless a good day. Soccer in the morning. And then a marathon 4 hour walk this afternoon with the kids. Fantastic to be outside in the sun and relative warmth.
