Lunch out

Strange day! Got up moderately early as the cat jumped on the bed at about 6.30! Pottered around filing nails and then getting washed, dressed and breakfasted on grapefruit, egg and toast with butter! Sian came over with the dogs to walk in the local small park before she went up to the hospital to visit Ian. He will be there for at least a week!

I then made my way to Carol’s sheltered accommodation and we went out to the Market Hall in Devonport for lunch! It being half term it was quite busy and we were lucky to get a table for three as Rachael joined us! She is currently staying with her mum due to unfortunate circumstances at her place of refuge! It idd so not ideal for either of them!

Along with the cafe there is also a dome where films are shown in the round, ie sea creatures which make you feel that you are in their environment! For some people it is too overwhelming. Not quite IMAX but close! To watch most people recline on cushions on thd floor! Great for youth!

Now in Waterstones with a cup of peppermint tea waiting to go to choir practice in church! Glad I had the lemon and lentil soup for lunch! Have a good evening all!
