The bag!

As I mentioned the other day, I bought a bag in York. I’ve been looking for a messenger/ satchel type bag for a while now for when I take my iPad Pro with me etc. I’ve been tempted to buy online but I like to see and feel the bag so I’ve hung off getting one. Then on Tuesday I saw one in a shop in Sandsend which I very nearly bought! It was leather, right size and on sale BUT although it had fastener buckles on they simply disguised magnetic stud fasteners which I didn’t want (too easy to pickpocket from). So in the end I decided to leave it.
So glad I did! In York on Wednesday I thought I had died and gone to heaven when I walked into a shop called ‘zatchels’ and yes you’ve guessed it - full of satchels, of every colour you could possibly think of!
It didn’t matter though because as soon as I saw this one, there was no other bag in the shop :-) (and didn’t even care if my iPad didn’t fit in it!!!)
It was also on sale, so whooops bought myself a leather satchel bag, with proper brick or fastening too
