It's Abstract Thursday!

I've used the same flower this week as I did last , but it is now in flower (s) and I have given it a very different treatment, using Photospiralysis to twist the original image.  I suppose I have sort of followed our host Ingeborg's theme of 'Shapes'.  There are shapes if you look hard!

In other news: my longest standing friend and her husband have come to stay with us yesterday and today.  I didn't manage to take a single photo of us: we were much too busy talking and catching up!  I have known my friend T since 1963 and sometimes there have been gaps of a couple of years when we've not met up, but when we do, we always start where we left off and are never short of topics to discuss.  The sign of true and lasting friendship I think.
