I can stand on one foot!  This is our resident osprey, routinely found perched on the neighbor's flag pole out back.  I suppose he likes that vantage point either to rest or to be on the lookout for fish.
Otherwise, an uneventful day except for going to the gym and doing ridiculous exercises and doing more weight than I have before, so I suppose that's a good thing.  I know I always sleep better on the days I go to the gym, so there you go.  More information than you care to read!
