Family

Half term and even husband took a day off work so we took a wee trip to the beach. It was actually warmer than it looks and much fun was had by all. Dog found water he wasn’t scared of, kids and I searched for pretty shells, rocks and sea glass, husband eventually got the job of carrying said rocks, shells and sea glass that was deemed too beautiful to abandon. Finished the day with fish and chips at a picnic table and everyone went home happy.

Miss A’s find of the day? Crab legs.
Mr E was amazed by the sea glass. He’s such a magpie that he won the prize for most pieces found.

Thoughts for the day: little adventures can be wonderful without having to spend a fortune to get there.
