Theatre trip

I went to the Watermill Theatre today in Newbury with two friends to see Notes from a Small Island, a play based on Bill Bryson’s book of the same name. My photo is of the stage. It’s a lovely little theatre, which seats about 100 people. It was very full and we were rather on top of each other so I decided to wear a mask, still trying to be careful with my op coming up. I enjoyed the play though the actor playing Bill Bryson seemed to stumble over his lines rather which was a shame.
