A long time

It has been months since I was able to get a shot of a deer (roe in this case). They have been conspicuous by their absence around here for an absolute age. I was beginning to think it was something I said.

Then, on a wet walk, we saw a couple of bucks with velvet on their antlers - this one was cheeky enough to give me a wink :)

Apologies for the poor quality image but I was excited to blip a deer for a change!
