Frittering

Mr. Beewatcher saves the large crossword from the Saturday paper for me every week.
Sometimes I can be bothered to do it, sometimes I can’t.. I thought I’d try it today, to see if the doctor’s advice to lay off hot coffee for a week is having any effect ( because lukewarm coffee = the invention of the devil ).
Result ? Definitely not as sharp as I should be. 
Roll on Saturday morning.
