Had to go to hospital outside town for an investigative procedure, this small lochan just beside it, (the hospital that is).
A lovely warm day, I close my eyes walking along the road, the sun seeps into me, my mind wanders .. and I fall of the pavement .. not really, no traffic - new development going on so dead empty!
Procedure less stressful than feared and very good friends to support me, all well.
