Butting in

We already have three water butts but last summer's prolonged, dry, hot period persuaded my wife to order another. It arrived before Christmas but had been languishing outside waiting to be fitted. I got round to starting work on this a week or so ago but unfortunately managed to dislodge the downpipe from its fitting to the top gutter. I am no longer up to climbing extendable ladders (even though we have one in the garage), so we had a chap we've used before for guttering work come today to sort it out along, with some other bits and pieces. Despite the prominence of the label, I'm not promoting this make of water butt. We'll see how it performs when we next get rain.
