Mother and child reunion

I mentioned earlier in the week that there were two new additions to the herd of horses in the field opposite where I live. Well this morning the foals were both running around chasing crows and thoroughly enjoying themselves. This little one must have quickly tired of the game though as he wandered back to Mum. She lifted her head just to make sure he was okay and then got on with the serious task of eating! Not the most brilliant of pictures as they were quite a distance away, but I hope you enjoyed seeing one of the two new foals at least.
