not that i’m - rushing winter away - or anything like that - it’s just that - i saw this picture - and decided to begin - work on it - several weeks ago - and with today being a snowstorm - perfect i thought - to wrap it up - i admit it then - it also had - me yearning for - the freshness of - springtime flowers and - new beginnings which - spring always brings - with it but that - will come soon enough

winter needs to - fully live out - its own season - it seems we’re - getting a bit more - snow this year - than last which is good - our earth needs all the - moisture from that snow - but i also know - there are places - which aren’t getting - as much as usual - definitely a reflection - of climate change - again a cry from our planet - that we need to take - care of it - and pay attention so we - can live to experience…
