They need quite a lot of down time.

I was in London today, called home as I got to the office at 9, breakfast was starting to be an idea, getting dressed a few hours away for the home crowd.

Good day in the office for me, hot desking is a bonus when you sit next to a colleague who you get along well with. It was well worth the trip to London as I got few unexpected meetings in.
