Cerddon ni i'r ysbyty am apwyntiad Nor’dzin y bore 'ma,. Gwnes i recordio'r daith am y pymtheg munud cyntaf - i wneud pwynt arall ar fy map pymtheg munud. Y tro hwn roedden ni cyrraedd i lawr y lon, hanner ffordd i'r ysbyty.

Aeth yr apwyntiad yn dda. Mae Nor’dzin yn nawr ar fonitor pwysedd gwaed dros nos.  Mae e'n mesur ei phwysedd gwaed hi bob ugain munud yn ystod y dydd a bob awr dros nos. Yn gobeithio bydd yr ysbyty yn ffeindio rhywbeth diddorol yn y mesuriadau.

We walked to the hospital for Nor'dzin's appointment this morning. I recorded the journey for the first fifteen minutes - to make another point on my fifteen minute map. This time we arrived down the lane, halfway to the hospital.

The appointment went well. Nor'dzin is now on a blood pressure monitor overnight. He measures her blood pressure every twenty minutes during the day and every hour overnight. Hopefully the hospital will find something interesting in the measurements.
