Happy Valentine’s

Alexandra was here this morning and then my friend Sally visits for lunch, spent the evening with Zeb and Nat.

Kingston Hospital rang me, they had a meeting this morning with my x-ray, and they confirm that I have fractured my ankle, I have a bad sprain and they reckon that when it went over the ligaments pulled bones apart slightly, and I have a bit of a chip out of one of them. They said I don’t need to go in and see them, but they have referred me for therapy, they estimate a healing time of between six and 12 weeks, they’ve given me some exercises to do, I just have to take it easy and go at my own pace and build up activities slowly.
