Oi.....!

Hector decided to chase a chap walking by the river with a small dog this afternoon.  I suspect he was chasing the dog rather than the chap, but as soon as the chap picked his dog up and started to stride away from us, Hector thought it was a game.

Four times I politely asked him to wait for me to catch up so I could get Hector on his lead but he ignored me. The last time I asked if he wouldn't mind waiting. He turned round and said that actually he would,  and off he went.

He then had 15 minutes of Hector jumping up alongside him whilst I walked behind them.  

What a prat....
